The Indigenous Navigator offers cultural support to self-identified First Nations, Inuit, Metis, and Urban Indigenous (FNIMUI) patients and families in the Central East.
The Indigenous Navigator can:
- Help you connect with cultural supports and services
- Help you plan care that is focused on your goals and wishes
- Give you support before, during and after your appointments
- Help you get answers to questions about your care
- Help you and your family access care and services at home
