At Lakeridge Health, we are dedicated to better understanding the diseases that affect people, expanding treatment options, and improving quality of life. We're also constantly striving to improve clinical programs and services.  At any given time, there are more than 140 active research studies underway at Lakeridge Health.

The Research Office at Lakeridge Health provides support and services to facilitate research activities across all sites of the hospital.

Research at Lakeridge Health spans our clinical and nonclinical programs, and is categorized into three major areas:

Research and Innovation Rounds (RIR)

The Lakeridge Health Research Department launched a new series in September 2013 entitled Research and Innovation Rounds (RIRs), which consist of a monthly educational session dedicated to research and innovation at Lakeridge Health. Research Ethics Board (REB)
