Health Services and Evaluation Research studies try to answer questions on organization-wide processes or programs. Studies focus on the processes in an organization with the goal of improving performance.  

These studies may involve conducting surveys or interviews to find out opinions and needs.

Data is analyzed for:

  • Program evaluation;
  • Health services research;
  • Health economics research;
  • Behavioural observation; and
  • Outcome of disease.
