Our clinic sees clients by referrals from a doctor when they need fitting with an artificial limb or an orthopedic brace. If you think you would benefit from our services, please ask your doctor if a referral would be right for you.

Directions

The Amputee and Prosthetic Clinic is located within the Ambulatory Rehabilitation Centre at Lakeridge Health Whitby. Enter from the main entrance on the ground floor. The therapy area is on the left side of the hallway. To access the registration desk, walk half way down the hallway and turn right.
