What is Spasticity?
Spasticity is associated with involuntary muscle spasms, sustained muscle contractions and exaggerated deep tendon reflexes that make movement difficult or uncontrollable. Spasticity may be caused as a result of:
- Stroke
- Brain Injury
- Spinal Cord Injury
- Cerebral Palsy
