Cervical Cancer Screening

Screening for cervical cancer is done with a pap test. all women over the age of 21 that have been sexually active should have a pap test. This should be done every three years. Each year in Ontario, there is about 550 women diagnosed with cervical cancer. About 160 women die from it each year. This is because many women do not have a pap test every three years.
