2023 Annual General Meeting

Join us in-person for Lakeridge Health's Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Whitby Hospital

Thursday, June 22, 2023 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

As one of Ontario’s largest community health systems serving one of fastest growing areas of the province, Lakeridge Health is redefining the future of health care in Durham Region. It is an exciting time for the Lakeridge Health community as we continually strive to transform the organization and work with our partners to meet the needs of the people we collectively serve.

Lakeridge Health’s strength is our people – whether they are part of the Lakeridge Health team who continue to rise up above the ever-changing health-care landscape and daily challenges to provide the best, high-quality care to the thousands of residents of Durham Region or they are our partners, working alongside us to ensure everyone has access to the care they need. It is with this strength that we are able to continue to work towards a truly integrated health system and achieving our vision, One System. Best Health.

As we look to the year ahead, we will celebrate last year’s achievements and reach even higher as we work with our community to continue the implementation of our Strategic Plan.

Business will include:

  • Approval of minutes from the June 27, 2022 AGM;
    • AGM Minutes - June 27, 2022
  • Receipt of the Treasurer's Report; 
  • Appointment of Auditors;
  • Administrative By-Law Amendments; and
  • Election of new Trustees.
