Important Vote on proposed New Partnership to Create a Strong Community Mental Health and Addictions System Across Durham Region
Durham Region - Lakeridge Health is pleased to host its first Virtual Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 18, 2020 from 6 to 7 p.m.
All members of the Durham community are invited to join the Board of Trustees and team at Lakeridge Health to look back at a remarkable year of progress to serve the community better. The Lakeridge Health community is reimagining health care and partnering with organizations, patients and families in new ways to improve the health and wellness of the people served by the health care network.
Over the last few months, Lakeridge Health and the community have come together to take on the fight against COVID-19 - a testament to the strong health care partnerships in Durham Region.
The AGM will also focus on essential business including the Treasurer’s Report, Appointment of the Auditor and Election of new Trustees.
Lakeridge Health members will also vote on a proposed voluntary integration between Lakeridge Health and Durham Mental Health Services to create a coordinated and comprehensive community mental health and addictions system for Durham residents.

Lakeridge Health plans to hold its regular in person recognition and community celebration when it is safe to do so. More information will be provided once the event is scheduled.
