Lakeridge Health Port Perry is currently inviting applications for a Family Physician to join a congenial team of 5 Family Physicians providing Low Risk Obstetrical Care in Port Perry.  Lakeridge Health Port Perry is a 25- bed hospital with Level 1 Obstetrics supported by 24/7 Anesthesia and General Surgery. Lakeridge Health has Obstetricians and Pediatricians allowing for easy transfer of patients requiring higher level care and support by our regional NICU for 30+ weeks gestational age. We have a Call group of 5 (gradually expanding to 8) Family Physicians making for a very manageable home call schedule supporting a great work-life balance. Port Perry is a beautiful waterfront community Located just 1-hour North East of Toronto with a rapidly growing population. Small Town Charm, yet close to the city. 

Practice incentive and a potential FHO opportunity in the community for a successful candidate.  

The successful applicant must be licenced to practice in Ontario and hold Canadian College of Family Medicine certification at the time of appointment.

Lakeridge Health is a teaching site for Queen’s University and the successful applicant will be eligible for an academic appointment.
