GAIN Geriatric Clinic
Welcome to the GAIN Clinic
Our Geriatric Assessment and Intervention Network Clinic (known as the GAIN Clinic) is for seniors who live at home or in a retirement residence. It is a Nurse Practitioner led clinic staffed by a team of health care professionals who are experts in seniors’ health. It is designed to provide care to our seniors to help keep them out of Emergency Rooms, and able to remain in their own homes enjoying a high quality of life.
If you think you would benefit from the services of the GAIN clinic, please make an appointment with your family doctor to find out more. You must be referred by a doctor or nurse practitioner to make an appointment with the GAIN clinic.

The GAIN clinic is located in Lakeridge Health Oshawa.
Being Dropped Off by Car
Your driver can use the Dialysis Drop-Off area on Parkwood Court (right beside the Cancer Centre entrance). Enter through the Dialysis Drop-Off doors, and you will be in the GAIN clinic.
If You are Driving
The closest parking garage is the South Garage on Parkwood Court. From the parking garage, walk East up Parkwood Court until you see the Dialysis Drop-Off entrance on your left. Enter through the doors and you will be in the GAIN Clinic.
