Durham - - Lakeridge Health has officially launched its 2015-2016 annual membership campaign.
“Great things happen every day at Lakeridge Health and becoming a member is a terrific way to show your support for your community hospital,” said President and CEO Kevin Empey.
Proceeds from each $10 membership fee goes towards our hospital volunteer organizations. If you’re a hospital volunteer, please note that your annual membership is free!
Renewing your membership is fast and easy. Fill out an online application using your credit card. Or download the paper application below and mail it back to us with your application fee.
