Volunteer Auxiliaries

All Lakeridge Health volunteers are auxiliary members. There are four site-specific auxiliaries:

• Ajax Pickering Hospital Auxiliary 
• The Auxiliary of Lakeridge Health Oshawa
• The Auxiliary to Lakeridge Health Port Perry
• The Association of Hospital Volunteers - Bowmanville

Each auxiliary is self-governing with its own bylaws and volunteer executive committee. The auxiliaries work in partnership with the volunteer resources team at Lakeridge Health to support hospital volunteers.

Auxiliary volunteers raise money for our hospitals by organizing fundraising events and by operating our hospital gift shops and community shops.
