Get a Library card
You are entitled to free Library membership if you live in Ontario.To apply for a library card, you must visit your local branch and show valid identification which includes your legal name and complete address. Application forms are available at any branch of the Oshawa Public Library. Library cards may be used at all OPL branches and are renewed annually. Misplaced or damaged cards can be replaced for $2.00. Identification is required whenever a card is issued.
