| How to Book an Appointment? | The Central Booking Office is open Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Patients may book an appointment by calling You must provide your health card information to schedule, change or cancel any appointments. All CT and MRI appointments require a referral form faxed from the referring physician's office. The Central Booking Office staff will then call the patient to arrange an appointment. |
